Important! By ordering, you agree to all the rules below.
Basic information:
I work on a 100% prepayment basis.
The commission process will be an active process of direct and open communication between you (as a client) and me! I will keep you informed at every stage and am always ready for your feedback.
The guaranteed delivery time is 6 months from the date of payment, unless otherwise discussed.
I fulfill commissions in the order I choose, regardless of the order of payment.
Delivery time starts from the date of full payment and provision of the complete technical task.
After I send an official proposal for the commission, the client has 3 days to make the payment. If the payment is not received within this period, the proposal will be withdrawn. In this case, the client will need to request a new proposal, which may be recalculated at a new price if the commission rates have changed during the waiting period.Commercial use:
My illustrations may be used for commercial purposes in one of two ways:1. Commercial: Digital Use / Streaming / Content / Branding
Requires additional payment (+50% of the base commission price).
This license allows you to use the illustration for digital commercial purposes, including but not limited to:
– Streams and videos (Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
– Social media posts and banners (Twitter/X, Instagram, etc.)
– Digital branding (thumbnails, overlays, profile assets)
– Non-physical promotional materials (media kits, announcements, etc.)
– Digital goods for your audience (membership rewards, wallpapers, content drops)
– Fan-made or original projects shared on streaming or video platforms (e.g. cover song MV art)Required: You must credit me as the author of the artwork with a visible mention and an active link.
(Example: Art by @SoraUrei or a link to my website/social media.)This usage is not included in the base price.
Using my artwork for digital commercial purposes without purchasing this license or without proper credit is considered a violation of this agreement.Commercial: Merchandise / Physical Use / Ads / CoversRequires additional payment (+100% of the base commission price).
This license covers any physical or revenue-generating commercial use, including:
– Merchandise (T-shirts, posters, prints, stickers, keychains, etc.)
– Paid advertising (billboards, event promotion, physical signage)
– Physical product packaging
– Album or book covers intended for sale or promotion
– Selling or distributing any physical goods using my artwork
– Branding used to promote paid services, content, or streams (e.g. banners at events)These rights are not included by default and must be discussed and purchased in advance.Process Fees:
Changes at the sketch stage are free and unlimited.
For the completed illustration, there are 3 free rounds of revisions. Additional rounds are charged depending on the complexity of the changes.
Additional edits after the work is completed are charged separately.
Large or significant edits may cost more and are specified individually.Payment:
All commissions will be paid in US dollars to a PayPal.
I do not start working on an order until I receive an advance payment.
Additional fees are charged for complex character designs, complex clothing, and additional items.
You can cancel the order BEFORE payment.Refunds:
100% refund is possible only before the start of work on the order (before the sketch).
50% refund is possible if the work is still at the sketch stage.
20% refund is possible if the work is colored but not yet completed.
No refunds are given for completed work. No exceptions.
I reserve the right to cancel the order at any stage with a refund according to the readiness of the illustration.Work process:
The client must provide a technical task, which includes: a photo or text reference of the character to be drawn; a photo or text reference of the illustration they want to receive (the more detailed the description, the better).
Changing the character is possible if the work on the order has not yet begun, after that it is not possible.
I send the sketch for approval. After approval of the sketch, I send the completed work, and the client has 3 rounds of free revisions.Intellectual Property Rights:
All copyrights in the illustration belong to me, Sora Urei, regardless of the type of use or payment.
The client receives a license to use the illustration according to the terms specified in the Commercial Use section. This is a license, not a transfer of ownership.The client has the right to:
1. Use the illustration in accordance with the purchased license (for example, content, streaming, printing, etc.).
2. Modify or edit the illustration.3. Transfer rights to third parties only upon notification of the author.I reserve the right to use the illustration in my personal portfolio, but without the right to print merchandise, if the client has paid for full commercial rights.
Resale of the digital file or use for redistribution purposes (e.g. in sticker packs, on stocks) is only allowed if a royalty of 15% of each sale is paid.
Any use of my illustrations for NFT creation or AI training is strictly prohibited. This is a copyright infringement and will result in blacklisting without further cooperation.
All other rights not expressly transferred to the client are reserved by me.Black-List Policy:
To ensure a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for collaboration, I reserve the right to add clients to a personal blacklist in the following cases:Reasons for blacklisting:
– Rudeness, toxic or aggressive behavior
– Violation of personal boundaries or intrusive communication
– Attempting to uncover my real identity or spreading my personal information (instant ban)
– Using illustrations in violation of copyright or commercial terms
– Failure to pay royalties when required
– Deception, manipulation, or intentional concealment of important information
– Repeated violations of commercial usage termsProcedure:
If the violation is not severe, the client will receive an explanation and a chance to correct the behavior.
In case of refusal to engage in dialogue or after a second violation — a permanent ban.
In cases of serious misconduct (e.g., doxing, threats, exposure of identity) — immediate ban without warning.Possibility of future collaboration:
Possible after a first minor violation if the client apologizes and fully complies with my terms.
Not possible after a second incident of any severity.Confidentiality:
The blacklist is maintained privately unless the client chooses to bring the situation into the public domain.Important Clarifications:
License Scope:
The license granted to the client is non-exclusive, non-transferable (except as stated), and valid indefinitely unless otherwise specified.Commercial Use Enforcement:
Any commercial use of the illustration outside the purchased license constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal action and compensation claims.Revision Limitations:
I reserve the right to refuse any further revisions beyond the free or paid rounds specified.Proposal and Payment Rights:
If a proposal is withdrawn due to non-payment or refusal, the client has no rights to the content, sketch, or concept provided in the proposal.AI / NFT Prohibition Clarification:
Any reproduction, adaptation, or use of the artwork for AI training, image generation, or NFT creation, even partially, is strictly prohibited.Liability Limitation:
The client uses the illustration at their own risk. I am not responsible for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use of the artwork.Force Majeure:
Delivery times may be extended in case of circumstances beyond my control, including illness, technical issues, or other unforeseen events.
That I reserve the right to change the terms of the TOS later and inform you about it.

My name is Sora, I am a digital artist with a special focus on dark fantasy, surrealism and psychedelia. My art was born out of my childhood, when drawing became my way of talking through things that words cannot express. I turn pain, despair, fear and emotional scars, into deep, emotional images full of symbolism.I have been painting professionally for over 5 years. During this time, I have collaborated with comic and game studios, writers, musicians, and participated in the creation of zines.
